Nature of the service

Oyster Catcher is an independent search engine and aggregator of Rolex Certified Pre-Owned listings, collected from third-party official retailers. Oyster Catcher is not affiliated with Rolex SA, does not sell watches directly, and is not a party to any transaction between the user and a retailer.

Data accuracy

Prices, availability and listing descriptions come from retailers' websites and are updated periodically through automated scraping. We do not guarantee that the data shown is always up to date in real time: for definitive price and availability information, refer to the retailer's website at the time of purchase.

Links to third-party sites

Clicking on a listing will redirect you to the official retailer's website. We have no control over the content, policies or transactions carried out on third-party sites and disclaim any responsibility in that regard.

Intellectual property

The "Rolex" name and the models mentioned are registered trademarks of Rolex SA, used solely for descriptive/informational purposes. The site's original editorial content is owned by Oyster Catcher.
